Growth in Faith

Growth in Faith

Passing on Faith
Gemma Simmonds CJ
Saturday 1 June 10.30am - 4.30pm

How do we grow in faith?
Is it something that just happens,
or can we discern the opportunities God gives for growth and co-operate with the graces offered?
Do trials and suffering help or hinder growth in Christian maturity?
Can we try to pass on our faith to others, or should we leave it all up to God?

Dr Gemma Simmonds CJ, a lecturer in theology at the former Heythrop College  and vocations director for the Congregation of Jesus.
Sr Gemma is a lively and thought-provoking presenter who will lead us in a reflective look at how people grow in their relationship to God and understanding of faith.
