RESIDENTIAL RETREATS

Individually Guided Retreats

Whatever the length of the retreat, the format is similar, with the retreatant meeting with their guide each day. The purpose of these meetings is to help the retreatant discover how God is drawing them, the guide can also offer suggestions for prayer and how to spend the day. The retreats are held in silence as an aid to prayer and reflection.
In 2008 we will be running a number of Individually Guided Retreats (IGRs):- at the Notre Dame Apostolic Centre in Skelmorlie, a lovely house overlooking the Clyde Estuary, in Salamanca and on Iona.
All guided retreats begin with supper on the evening of the first day. The weekend retreat finish at 4pm, 8 day retreats finish with breakfast on the last day.
